What it Means to Be a Highly Sensitive Person (Episode 2)
There have been times in my life that I’ve felt different from other people, like I didn’t fit in and I wasn’t sure why. I could see that I was living my life differently and felt like I was on the outside looking in. For a long time, I chalked it up to being an introvert in an extroverted world.
I didn’t know that my sensitivity was having an impact on how I was experiencing my life. And so in this episode, I talk about what high sensitivity is, and how it shows up in real life.
When you’re aware of how sensitivity impacts you, you can give yourself permission to set up your life so it honors you. So you experience greater ease, happiness and satisfaction.
